Your next step should involve conducting time and motion studies. Additionally, analyze the reasons behind the generation of scrap and determine the cycle time for each process. Evaluate the layout of the factory as well.

Productivity in real terms will increase only when speech is matched by actions at the ground level. The reason why HR incurs the displeasure of employees is that they make tall promises and do very little to keep them. Please guard yourself against such lapses and try to translate promises into reality.

I agree with the above suggestions. Predicting what engages people and what enhances productivity is very standardized and needs more construct. I don't have any more suggestions, but I agree with Dinesh, Sastry, and Saikumar. So, try these out and you will see that the suggestions have actually enabled you to enhance your skills.
