How it can be tackle difficulty in recruitment and sites which can help for same - especially for Tele-marketing

Dear Senior, I'm an HR in Direct Selling Company now as in we are on the verge of expansion we have this continuous ongoing requirement for Tele-Marketing and Sales Executives which is getting difficult to recruit these days due to the current young mindset of not working with targets even if they are getting high earning potential... So please help me how it can be tackle and sites which can help me the recruitment for same especially for Tele-marketing.

I feel that your problem lies with old business model and not with recruitment as such. Telemarketing business was good around ten years ago. Somewhere five years ago the decline started. Today people just frown when they get a call from telemarketer.

This change in mindset of the customers/consumers happened because of mushroom growth of agencies that wanted to push their product through telemarketing. Overreach of the telemarketing agencies made customers to go to even court and obtain restrictions on the calls. Telemarketing agencies are not supposed to call anyone who has placed his/her number in DND registry. This has put lot of restriction on your business.

Your second challenge is to get quality manpower. Doing this monotonous work is not everyone's cup of tea!

I feel that the evolution of your business that should have happened has not happened. You could have scaled up value chain and not clung to the model that worked decade ago.

As a matter of suggestion, I can toss idea of getting into online selling business. One time book seller like Amazon got into online sales and now it is giving tough fight to company none less than Walmart.

Second solution is little costly but could be far effective too. Today robotics is making waves in US. Why not to install robot for this job? Do not laugh at me but now a days there are smart robots also. They are very good at doing repetitive jobs. Secondly, robots do not require any tea break or lunch break. They do no have problem of late coming as well.
