Need Help with Leave Policy

Guys, I need to prepare a leave policy for our company. I am almost done with the policy terms, and now I just need to do the final polishing. Could you please send a few Leave Policy Formats that can be used to send the policy to our employees?

Dear All,

I hope you are doing well. Enclosed, please find attached "General HR Rules."

I am working in an Oil Marketing Company in Pakistan, and it is a private limited company. Kindly advise if this leave and late coming policy is accurate. Also, please provide information on our annual leave as per the policy below:

- Leave for the year 2012-2013 shall be credited to the respective employees on July 1, 2013. Therefore, employees would be entitled to avail of this leave during July 2013 to June 2014.
- Leave is calculated on a prorated basis. As per the policy, leaves shall be credited after the completion of one year; hence, they were calculated on a prorated basis and will be adjusted on July 1, 2013. The prorated calculation is 2.5 leaves per month.

Please mention the levels of escalation for late coming. The policy you shared shows a very generic statement. The authority to deal with such an escalation is clearly maintained there.

Annual leave seems fine; however, leave encashment wasn't clear to me. Looking forward to hearing from you.
