I am new to Cite HR and being here seems interestng to me as I got to know various important things through this website.
Guys, I need to prepare a leave policy for our company. I am almost done with the policy terms now just need to ishing to the policy.do final polishing.
Can you please send few Leave Policy Format which can be used to send policy to our employees.

enclosed please find attached "General HR Rules"
i am working in Oil Marketing Company in Pakistan and it is a PVT. Limited, kindly give me the advice is this ture Leave and Late coming policy..?, and our annual leave as per below policy.
* Leave for the year 2012-2013 sahll be credited to the respective employees on 01, July 2013, therefore, employees would be entitled to avail this leae during July 2013 to June 2014
* Leave calculated on prorata basis, since as per policy leaves shall be credited after completion of one year therefore they were calculated on prorata basis and shall be adjusted on Ist July 2013 and prorata is 2.5 leaves per month.

Please mention the levels of escalation for late coming. The policy you shared, shows a very generic statement. The authority to deal with such an escalation is clearly maintained there.
Annual leave seems fine, however leave encashment wasnt clear to me Looking forward to hear from you.

Hi!
Can any one help in preparing /writing a report with suggestion/ recomendation of general and HR activities observed in a branch office of a finance company.This is required as part of recruitment and selection exercise of a micro finance company.
The comapny will organise a days visit to a particular branch office and based on interaction with employees and observation from HR perspective a report is to be submitted with recomendation.
