Conducting a Gap Analysis
Before training, it is important to conduct a "Gap Analysis" through pre-training activities. Many training professionals focus more on delivery and style; however, the real strength of a trainer lies in pre-training activities.
Assessing Post-Training Performance
After the training, you can assess whether there has been an increase in performance measures or not. The change in ratios itself conveys a lot.
