Dear Sai Ji,

Thanks for sharing. But I think there is a minor change in EDLI benefit. According to the amendment dated 8th Jan 2011, the benefit provided in the case of the death of an employee who was a member of the scheme at the time of death, the family will get 20 times the average wages of the last 12 months of the member. According to the revised scheme, the maximum benefits under the scheme will now be Rs. 1,30,000/- (not Rs. 60,000 mentioned in the PPT), as the wage ceiling up to which contributions can be paid under the scheme is Rs. 6,500/-

Please correct if I am wrong.

Hello Sir,

If possible, could you please share the ECR process, including how to upload, the basics, and any other relevant details in a format that a regular HR personnel can easily understand, preferably with screenshots?

This would be greatly appreciated and beneficial to many of us.

Thanks & Regards,
Chandrakanth M

Hello Mr. Kishore,

I have gone through your PPT for PF; excellent, brief, and crisp. Similarly, would you be able to provide the latest information on ESI as well as PF, including the new amendments, at the earliest?

Please do the needful.
