How Can We Organize Fun Team-Building Games to Boost Employee Bonding and Motivation?

Hello Cite HR Managers, we wanted to organize fun games such as team-building activities and mind games so that employees can bond with each other and feel motivated. Any ideas or suggestions are much appreciated.

The number of people in each team should be 5 to 6.

Initiating employees for the development of essential communication requires certain programs to get to know each other. An employee works as an individual; however, team performance should consistently exhibit high levels of performance, generally supervised by managers who make a conscious effort to keep them engaged in activities.
