Hi Everyone, I have some doubts regarding Gratuity. I am currently working as an HR Executive in an IT Company. One of my employees has a mistake in the Date of Joining recorded in the labour records. His actual Date of Joining is 27th Oct 2003, but in the register (labour records), it shows as 1st April 2004. We have just discovered this error, and it will impact his Gratuity. Can you please guide me on the procedure to update his actual Date of Joining in the labour records for Gratuity purposes?
