I am intrigued to read that you are a gold medalist and do not know the compliance under labour laws. Take the bare copy of the Acts and find yourself from the rules and forms thereunder. Unless you make a list yourself, you will neither learn nor remember. Give up the desire of having something readymade from others without any self efforts.
