Training Programmmes / Institutes For Top Managment/CEO

Dear Seniors and Veterans,
I have lately joined the Training and Development Department.kindly suggest me some good 1 or 2 days (Developmental) training programmes for Top Management / CEOs of my organisation. You can also suggest names of good training institutes / Colleges which offer training for Top management. Feb is almost over , so I am looking for programmes in Feb end, March first week, April, May, June and July.I have tried all IIMs, XLRI, XIMB...but they dont have either 1-2 days programmes or not at all in these months. Please help me.

Now your post is more than two months old. In the mean time could you nominate your senior staffs for some training? Or could you arrange any in-house training? If yes, then what was the topic and how would you like to measure the effectiveness of the training?
