Seeking Recommendations for Short Training Programs for CEOs: Any Suggestions?

Dear Seniors and Veterans,

I have recently joined the Training and Development Department. Kindly suggest some good 1 or 2-day developmental training programs for Top Management/CEOs of my organization. You can also recommend names of reputable training institutes/colleges that offer programs for Top Management. February is almost over, so I am looking for programs towards the end of February, the first week of March, April, May, June, and July. I have explored options at all IIMs, XLRI, XIMB, but they do not offer either 1-2 day programs or have availability in these months. Please assist me.

Now, your post is more than two months old. In the meantime, could you nominate your senior staff for some training? Or could you arrange any in-house training? If yes, then what was the topic, and how would you like to measure the effectiveness of the training? We will be thankful to you if you could elucidate on this.
