What is this?
Hi,
This is what I think of you , your competence & performance while you were with us :-
TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN
Debanik Ghosh undertook Personality Development Programme at Lingayas' Institute of Mamagement & Technology, Faridabad, at a critical juncture. College has approximately 2770 students which includes 8 Undergraduate & 4 Post Graduate Engg, MBA & MCA streams besides a faculty of approx 175.
I had extensive & intimate formal & informal interactions with him, being Head Training & Placement. I found him extremely sincere, innovative, hard working & proactive. Positive in his out look, he is quick at up take & adapting to dynamic needs of the organization & heterogeneous target population. He has extensive & varied experiences which stands him in good stead. He is patient, tactful yet firm & result oriented both in tangible & intangible aspects. He was appreciated by students for his conduct, empathy & approachability with consequent improvement not only in attendance & class participation but also in subsequent placement in good MNCs. It also goes to his credit that he goes well beyond the call of duty or contractual obligation since he really enjoys coaching & training.
I am sure that he will be an asset as a trainer for any group or organization & wish him all the very best in all future endavours.
