How Many Leave Days Should Our Interior Design Firm Offer Employees?

Hello friends, I am working with an interior design firm. I need to know how many leaves an employee can take. We have 18 employees working. Please suggest as early as possible. I have a meeting this coming Saturday regarding the above-mentioned subject. Also, please inform me about the HR policy for the private sector. I am attaching my office policy. Could you please check if it is suitable for our firm?

From the HR manual you have attached, it seems to be incomplete. The main goal behind creating an HR manual is that it should serve as a ready reference for employees regarding HR policies of the company.

Please also mention the HR philosophies of your company, various benefits such as late working benefits, benefits for working on non-working days or public holidays, statutory benefits, etc. Add a travel policy, provisions for loans/advances if any, and terms of employment.

Regarding the leave policy, explain all three types of leaves - PL, CL, SL. Normally, PL-21, SL-5, and CL-4 can be allotted, but you can still make changes as the employee strength of your company is small.

There is no need to add an annual holiday calendar in the HR manual; you can prepare that as an annual calendar and distribute it among your employees.
