I have a meeting this coming Saturday regarding the above-mentioned subject. Also, please inform me about the HR policy for the private sector. I am attaching my office policy. Please also mention the HR philosophies of your company, various benefits such as late working benefits, benefits for working on non-working days or public holidays, statutory benefits, etc. Add a travel policy, provisions for loans/advances if any, and terms of employment.
Regarding the leave policy, explain all three types of leaves - PL, CL, SL. Normally, PL-21, SL-5, and CL-4 can be allotted, but you can still make changes as the employee strength of your company is small.
There is no need to add an annual holiday calendar in the HR manual; you can prepare that as an annual calendar and distribute it among your employees.
