Formula For Calculating Date Of Confirmation In Excel

hi,
plz help me in calculating in excel, the date of confirmation (6months) of an employee calculated from date of joining in yy/mm/dd format which must be updating regularly as per the system clock.

The above said formula in the sheet is correct. Also instead you can use as below:
=C2+180
This will give exact date of confirmation after 6 months (180 days of service)

Hope, Your Company has 6 months probation for all new members. in that case you can use the following formula for calculating exact Confirmation date.
=DOJ+(364/2)
Ex:
DOJ Confirmation due date
16-Dec-09 16-Jun-10
