In reference to your query regarding project allowance, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that it will depend upon the Management Deployment Policy for what type of benefits an employee will be eligible for in case of posting on medical grounds to their native place. Kindly seek help and advice from the HR personnel working in the organization. As the employee has been posted to their native place on medical grounds, it is a specific case, and the management has the sole discretion in this regard, in my opinion.
