- B) When an employee is on medical leave, is he eligible?
- C) Is there any project in the place of posting where such allowance is payable?

I would like to give you a simple rule. If an employee is on the job, he or she must receive a project allowance. It doesn't matter if he or she is working from their native place or from home.

I think he is talking about site allowance when one is posted at project sites. In many construction organizations, site/project allowances are payable only when they are at the site/project.
