Madam, I work at a company called Coimbatore Crispsystem. Here, approximately 126 members are employed. There are no facilities for the employees, and they are subjected to overwork and mistreatment. Employees are bound for one year and subjected to severe stress. After one year, they are released by being pressured to quit. Every year, those who work here endure unbearable conditions without being able to leave. All employees, whether they are B.E., Degree, or Diploma holders, work as programmers but are treated poorly by being made to clean tables and chairs. Unfortunately, an employee died due to work-related tension and stress. When will new employees who come to work here face the same fate?
Some employees work throughout the night until 5 o'clock in the morning due to company pressure. If they try to leave the job because of this, they are threatened. Before one year is completed, some are unfairly taxed without proper notice, and now a false accusation has been made against them. This company has an ISO 2008 certificate, but we lack basic facilities. Please help me, Madam.

- Only one restroom for 2 people on the 4th floor, causing inconvenience
- Lack of bike stands
- Monthly CL leaves not granted
- Discrepancy in salary experience for existing employees and new joiners

- Denial of salary increments for those doing correct jobs
- High turnovers of 8,000,000 to 10,000,000 early on
- Presence of 7 branches outside, with each branch operating differently
