Understanding Leave Policies Under the Bombay Shop and Establishment Act: Does It Include CL, SL, and EL?

I require information on the leave policy as per the Bombay Shop and Establishment Act. The Act stipulates around 21 leaves. I would appreciate clarification on whether this count includes Casual Leave (CL), Sick Leave (SL), and Earned Leave (EL). If not, please advise me on the appropriate process.

We were also under the Shops and Establishment Act. They were providing:

- 5 days sick leave
- 5 days casual leave
- 15 days earned leave
