You can start cross-functional internal training sessions, wherein one department will enlighten another department about their activities. In this way, everyone will understand and respect the roles they play in the organization. This is absolutely a cost-effective approach, as it does not require any external resources, only the utilization of internal resources.

This initiative will also aid in the self-development of the teams.
