Contradictory to the belief that HR could be handled by anyone, it is actually not so. The HR department or HR person would need knowledge as well as experience on various profiles in order to climb the ladder.
Coming to your issue.
Your course provided you a dual specialization course and you opted for Finance and Marketing. This is a wonderful combination but why did you take up a recruiter's profile to initiate. Can you give reason for this?
Firstly if you could throw some light on what do you mean by HR Executive (Core).
I am asking this not to test your knowledge but to understand what profile are you actually looking at. Do not get carried away with job titles as the actual work might differ drastically from what you assumed. So kindly let us know what kind of profile are you looking to pursue. According to you an HR Executive (Core) would be responsible for what things....

I can understand that market is down but today I actually understood the reason as to why is there no job.
Actually there are jobs, we choose wrong ways to go. If there are no jobs, how is it that -
