Am I Eligible For Hr Executive Job?

Hiii all
I have completed MBA in Finance and marketing.I have 8 months experience as a hr recruiter. Am i eligible for the job Hr executive(core).I have only recruiting experience.
Can u suggest me the way....

Your eligible but where is your knowledge a part from recruitment ?
Please get the some academic knowledge of HR and Labor Laws.

I dont want to get into whether you are eligible or not but I can say following things
1. Its always better to do your career in the field you are specialized in.
2. even any company give you job in HR dept but what next. many reputed companies asks only for MBA-HR on MSW persons then you will be in a great difficulty.
3. even if you want to opt a career in HR then join any company which will allow you to work in HR even after seeing your specialization. then join part-time Hr diploma or any HR 1 Year Post graduation course. meanwhile dont leave the job and when you complete the course look for change.

Better post your doubts in cite hr, then you get it solutions on the same.
you can meet here the people who have more than 10 yrs exp.

Many reputed deemed universities and reputed institutes provides post graduate HR courses like
1. Symbiosis
2.XLRI
3.Narsee Monjee
4.IIM's
5. IGNOU
Serch on internet you will find many potions. only check before taking admission whether its recognises one or not.

It's really not necessary that you do any course or acquire a diploma in HR. If you have relevant experience in Recruitment, then build on it.. continue to work for some more time in recruitment until you learn the ropes and eventually master the job.
If you are working in a manpower resourcing consultancy, then look out for relevant job opportunities in IT/ITES industry. Eventually as a recruiter when you learn the policies and become an SME. you can move through an internal role movement.
Its simple, if you show dedication and commitment in your work in the org that you are working for, the organization will reward you back.
Try to excel in every job that you perform - that's the trick! :)

There are many HR institutes which give trainings in core HR and Labour Laws. You can google such HR institutes at your place. This course is for almost 45 to 60 days. And remember you go for practical HR training only dont go for theoretical one. Practical HR training helps you a lot in.

Contradictory to the belief that HR could be handled by anyone, it is actually not so. The HR department or HR person would need knowledge as well as experience on various profiles in order to climb the ladder.

Coming to your issue.

Your course provided you a dual specialization course and you opted for Finance and Marketing. This is a wonderful combination but why did you take up a recruiter's profile to initiate. Can you give reason for this?

Firstly if you could throw some light on what do you mean by HR Executive (Core).

I am asking this not to test your knowledge but to understand what profile are you actually looking at. Do not get carried away with job titles as the actual work might differ drastically from what you assumed. So kindly let us know what kind of profile are you looking to pursue. According to you an HR Executive (Core) would be responsible for what things....

We can provide a solution only we know what's the problem.

I can understand that market is down but today I actually understood the reason as to why is there no job.

Actually there are jobs, we choose wrong ways to go. If there are no jobs, how is it that -

If we be a little patient and strong enough to start the career on the right note, if our foundation step would be strong, we'd be able to walk miles without much efforts.

If U h'v any experience in HR from an organisation then u can be eligible or U will h'v to obtain HR specialization from a institution of repute. U should h'v a knowledge in these areas. Sourcing of People, Man Power Planning and implementation of Compensation Packages. Formulation of HR Policies, Performance Management Systems comprising of Appraisal, Career Planning etc. Employee Reward mechanisms like Increments, Performance Awards, Promotion. Co-ordinating for various need based Training programmes including Stress Management. Then U will be a successful HR Manager.
