Nervous About My HR Interview at a Steel Company: What Should I Expect?

hackeranil
I am going to attend an interview on Friday for a steel-producing company. I have 6 months of experience as an HR Trainee. What areas might they focus on in the interview?

Thank you.

You have not provided enough details. Some questions would be as follows:

1. What do you do in your present job as an HR trainee?
2. Why do you want to change jobs?
3. What have you learned in the last six months?
4. What do you know about our company?
5. What was your favorite subject while studying?

Good luck,

Interview Preparation for HR Trainee Position

The panel members will ask you questions on:

• The assignments you have handled or are currently handling in your present organization.
• The achievements you have received in the last 6 months of your tenure in your current organization.
• The learning you have gained from your present organization.
• The profile you are currently handling.

Generally, when you face an interview, they will mainly ask about your job responsibilities with your current employer. They will also ask you to describe a specific achievement you have made and how you accomplished it. Next, they may inquire why you are seeking relocation and what value you can bring to their organization if selected.

Before attending the interview, it is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the company, its turnover, and the products they are involved with.
