Interview Preparation for HR Trainee Position

The panel members will ask you questions on:

• The assignments you have handled or are currently handling in your present organization.
• The achievements you have received in the last 6 months of your tenure in your current organization.
• The learning you have gained from your present organization.
• The profile you are currently handling.

They will also ask you to describe a specific achievement you have made and how you accomplished it. Next, they may inquire why you are seeking relocation and what value you can bring to their organization if selected.
