Hi, I work for a private organization in Delhi. We are trying to prepare a holiday calendar for our employees for the upcoming year 2013. We have already enlisted three gazetted holidays, i.e., Republic Day, Independence Day, and Gandhi Jayanti, along with restricted holidays.
Now, the issue is on what basis should we prepare the holiday list? What is the minimum number of leaves that is mandatory for an organization? Is there a set format based on which the classification of leaves is done while preparing the same?
