For the Safety Audit, I am providing you with the details of the Board. The EHS POLICY is required at the Main Gate. Form No. 14 should include employees' details shift-wise. Two display boards are needed as per the Supreme Court order, which I have attached. Please ensure an Evacuation Map of the Plant is included as well as Emergency Contact Numbers such as Hospital, Fire Department, Local Administration, etc.

An additional piece of information would be to include incident details of accidents (major/minor) along with the permanent countermeasures taken to prevent their recurrence. This is also an important learning tool. Of course, one may choose to leave out the employee's name. Photographs of unsafe acts can also be displayed.

Can anyone tell me whether the safety display board is a legal requirement or a preventive measure? Will it be necessary for a fabrication workshop too?
