1. Safe Manhours (Since Inception / Last time Accident)
2. No of Reportable Accidents / Incidents
3. Good Practices being adopted
4. Observations required to be rectified
5. Details of Safety Committee
6. Safety Violation Box location.
7. Best Safe worker / Engineer of the month

1 Name of Safety Officer or In-charge Safety
2 Emergency Response team if any ie Members of First Aid Team, Fire Fighting Team and Emergency Rescue Team

4 Layout of Emergency Exit Points.

EHS POLICY is Required on Mani Gate.
Form No. 14 Employees details shift wise.
two display board as per Supreme court order i attached with it.
Evacuation Map of the Plant.
Emergency Contact Nos e.g. Hospital, Fire Deptt., Local Admn. etc.

An additional piece of information would be to include incident details of accidents (major / minor) along with the permanent counter measure taken to prevent it reoccurence.
This is also an important learning tool. Of course one may choose to leave out the employee's name. Photographs of unsafe acts too can be put up.

Can any one tell me whether the safety display board is legal requirement or as a preventory measure. Will it be necessary for a fabrication workshop too;
