I'm pursuing my final year MBA (HR) and need to undergo a project. However, my staff is not happy with the topic as it is a common HR topic. Pardon me for my frank assessment. This problem arises on account of two issues. First, the student not doing the homework properly and coming up with a title too soon. Second, the college guide being pedantic and not guiding/questioning the student enough.
