Engagement Activity.

Dear folks;
We have a different SBU in our business one of them is Metering business.
we have a team of Marketing / SCM / Operations / Design & Development the total strangth is 50 employee
i wanted start engagement activity for them which has net been done since many years.
recently i have started Open communication objective of creating an Open and constructive communication for building trust and also to help to get more clarity about business, freedom of expressing ideas, innovative suggestions that can benefit the business.
Similarly i wanted to start many engagement activity .
it would be great pleasure if you could share your experience and some engagement ideas.
