Training In Hotels - Doc Download

Hi
Am Anupam new to cite HR forum ,I am from Hotel Industry . Thanks to all the members in the forum for their past posts have helped me a lot in designing the training module but what i am finding difficult is incorporating and making them feel it is good for them to undergo this training its not only with junior management but also with middle mangement .
Please help with the way and also with some training slides on hotels front office and back office management.

I am Bangalore-based freelance soft skill trainer. I had been HR Manager in Hotel industry. I have good amount of experience of behavioural training for hotel managers. I have good amount of material specifically for hotel industry as well.
