Help With Phd Topic In Organisational Management

I have MBA ,and I would like to do phd but confused about topics I am interested in : leadership,
organisational culture,
managing change,
organisational performance.
Performance appraisal.
I think they are all related but I cannot get an exact topic area, any one can help please?

Hi,
to choose a PhD topic, first choose one of the above areas that you are most passionate about. A PhD is a long process and you have to make sure you really really are passionate about the topic you choose because otherwise you will be tempted to give up.
Than start reading about that topic, and start identifying areas that are under-explored. A PhD should make an original contribution, so you need to identify gaps in knowledge in the area you are researching. Start broadly, then zoom in to where your interests lie.
