Good Afternoon,
I need a help from your end,iam working as a HR in small organization,its a proprietary concern,1 of my existing employee is asking payslip,for this organization there is no PF and ESI,Only Basic HRA,DA,INCENTIVES,TRAVEL ALLOWANCE is providing,his salary is 12k as take home how can i prepare payslip for him,kindly guide me ASAP,Expecting quick reply from you...

1. You are required to provide payslip by law and it is suggested that you give payslip to all your employees.
2. Payslip can be made on any plain paper with earnings on one side and deductions on the other.
3. Attaching a format of the payslip for your reference.
One Question :-
Why there is no deduction of PF and ESI ? you may end up in trouble if you come within the scope of the acts.
