How Can I Successfully Apply for HR Jobs in Ahmedabad or Bangalore as a Fresher?

I am an MBA in HR from a government university in Kolkata. I am a fresher and looking for a job in HR outside Kolkata. I just want to know how I should apply for jobs/interviews outside Kolkata or West Bengal, preferably in places like Ahmedabad or Bangalore. I need your help.

It is simple to find HR openings outside of West Bengal. As a fresher, you should enroll in various job portals. They will ask for your preferred location; you may add in your resume that you are willing to work in specific cities. You can also check newspapers where various industries advertise for CVs. The internet is the best tool if you use it to find exact information. Websites like Naukri.com, Monster, and JobStreet are great platforms where you can update your CV, highlighting all your best features, skills, knowledge, summer training, and internships in a proper manner so that CV screeners are impressed at first sight.

Search for opportunities in Ahmedabad and Surat in newspaper editions specifically published on Wednesday and Saturday. As a fresher, before applying for a job, you must update yourself according to employers' and industry requirements. Prepare your introduction, watch your body language, and practice your way of answering questions. Preparation will help you succeed in securing a job.

Applying for HR Jobs Outside Kolkata

Definitely, sending a CV directly to HR is a good effort. It's important to provide a strong reason why you are particularly interested in that hotel. Every big organization maintains a databank of CVs from candidates who came for interviews but were not selected or did not join any company for various reasons.
