Please get the bare Act (wherein the details given in brief) updated copy of The Payment of the Grauity Act, 1972. The present limit of Grauity is Rs. 10 Lacs. The applicability, eligibility, various forms like nomination, claim forms and other rules are mentioned therein. When you go through the bare act, all your doubts will be cleared.
