Dear Sir
I am confuse about bifurcation of minimum wage pl enlighten
can Minimum wage bifurcate and HRA included in minimum wage?
What is the correct base of minimum wages
Basic+Hra= Minimum Wages
& How many days(Year) after change the unskilled to Semi Skilled.

Hello Manish,
Minimum wage consist only of Basic and DA. It can't contain HRA. HRA is always payable over and above minimum wages (5 percent of the wages). Its object is to meet expenses towards the residential accomodation of the employee. Not all the industries are liable to pay HRA.
