Hi Maria,

The admin manual consists of HR aspects as well. Such aspects include recruitment policy, training and development policy, payroll management, performance appraisal and management, holidays, and leave policy. Especially, leave policy varies from company to company. However, you can suggest three national holidays like Republic Day, Independence Day, and Gandhi Jayanthi, and any other five holidays of the employees' choice. The admin manual also covers legal aspects such as documentation like vendor agreements, consultant agreements, etc. It depends on the nature of the organization you are working in.

First, I would like to appreciate that you are taking the initiative to prepare a manual. Consultants are charging Rs. 50,000 to prepare the manual as the entire administration budget depends on the manual you are going to prepare.

Factors to Consider

- Number of people in your company.
- Overall budget that management has assigned for administration.
- Organizational structure, etc.
