Dear All
As all of you know that in our country even though the safety legislation's are in place, plenty of work place accidents are taking place... Even the government can't say an authentic data on how much in numbers these accidents occurring across the country... In this situation what should be about the compensation of these injured workers, really it's pathetic condition...
Many NGO's across country is working for the uplift of such poorer people... One such leading NGO is People Training Research Center based on Gujarat... The core member of PTRC Mr. Jagdish Prasad is one of our active member in CiteHR... With his idea in the below thread and the motivation of Mr. Raghu, I am starting this new thread...
https://www.citehr.com/437051-injury...-kitchens.html
I will request now Mr. Jagsidh Patel to come forward and show the path forward... if the members of CiteHR is interested to organize for this noble cause, how we can be the reason for the uplift of those poor suffered employees / victims of Occupational health & Workplace Accidents...
I hope if we able to meet this will surely help each of us personal as well as professional growth... We may meet at a common place in each state for the discussion/making an action plan to move further on this noble thoughts...
Looking forward to hear the views/suggestions/comments of other members...
