I am a final year student of IGNOU. I am doing a project on the Process of Job Analysis and Its Importance for Developing a Variety of HRM (Human Performance Management) and Development Programs from the perspective of employees and the company. My research methodology is a questionnaire for employees and HR professionals. I am attaching my questionnaire based on my objectives. Kindly suggest if it is good or needs modification.
