Facing Two Interviews with Sapient Nitro: What Should I Do Next?

I have given an interview at Sapient Nitro in Bangalore through eLitmus. However, after 10 days, I have been shortlisted from my college for the same company. What should I do? The company has not mentioned such a thing in the criteria.

Please discuss with your college campus interview drive department and get clarification regarding your doubt. If they are unable to make a decision, then you can ask the HR Department person who will be visiting your college during the Campus Interview. This is a matter of the company's policy and is not bound by any law.

You may go ahead and attend the interview through the college, but do mention your previous interview with the company before attending or during the interview. They may either ask you to attend again or ask you to leave. Do not neglect the chance because if you performed well in your previous interview, you will have a double chance. If you haven't performed well before, you may have another opportunity. All you have to do is mention this when you attend the interview.
