I am working in Hyderabad. I am a fresher and I don't have any idea how to prepare a salary slip. So, I want to prepare a salary slip without any help from my colleagues. Please check Form XIX in the Contract Labour Rules, and you can also refer to the Minimum Wages Rules for the format. You will find the format of a Wage Slip there.
