So, after this circular, we can avoid deducting the PF for semi-skilled workers onwards, and we have to deduct PF only for unskilled workers.

Provident Fund Deduction for Existing and New Workers

You have to continue deducting PF for all existing workers even if the wages are going above Rs. 6500.

For new workers with wages above Rs. 6500, perhaps you can avoid PF if they are willing to sign the declaration form requesting exemption.
