Confused About Grammar: Which Sentence for Dussehra Mailer Is Correct?

Please guide me as to which sentence is correct:
- "Get Dussehra mailer made from the agency"
or
- "Get Dussehra mailer to be made from the agency."

In my opinion, the first one is correct, but my colleague told me that grammatically, it is incorrect and that it should be the second one. Please help me.

It depends on the context of the sentence. We do not know that. However, the following are the options:

a) Get me/him the Dussehra mailer made by the agency. (This sentence implies that the mailer is already made, and now you are asking someone to get it.)

b) Get the Dussehra mailer that is made by the agency. (This sentence implies that you have more than one mailer, and you are asking if the agency has made it. However, we need to add the subjunctive "that" here.)

c) Get the Dussehra mailer that is to be made from the agency. (This sentence implies that the mailer is under preparation. However, in this sentence, we also have to add "that," which was missing in your sentence.)
