How Can We Urgently Check Our Online PF Balance in Gujarat? Need Guidance!

Please guide me on viewing the online PF balance. For non-employees, the balance is viewable. We have registered ourselves and are submitting our cheques regularly. We are located in Gujarat.

The employee whose balance we are trying to check has been employed with us since September 2010. Please help me out with this, as all other employees are raising their voices as if we are not filing their PF amount, but it is not true.

Query on Form 11 for New Employees

I have one more query: Is it necessary to fill out Form 11 for employees who are newly recruited and are not interested in having PF deductions?

Dear Suman,

I hope you have received the PF statement from the RPFO for the period up to March 31, 2011. Have you checked the name and PF number from that list? Does it match with the one you entered while trying to find out the balance?

You can verify the balance with the name you provided in Form 5 and avoid using special characters in the name column.
