Disciplinary Actions Under the Shops and Establishments Act

Section 38 of the Shops and Establishments Act provides that the Industrial Employment Standing Orders Act is applicable mutatis mutandis to shops and commercial establishments. Therefore, you can take disciplinary action as per that act.
