I have to create the KRAs for my employees. I request your assistance in defining the KRAs for the positions of Accounts & Finance GM, VP - Sales, and VP - IT.

Are All KRAs Measurable?

If yes, could you also provide the formula that can support the KRAs and measure them in terms of percentage?

All KRAs Are Measurable

For example, KRA Manager Engineering:

1. Maintenance of machines
2. Erection and commissioning of machines
3. Power optimization

For each KRA, specific KPIs are established to monitor and evaluate performance:

1. Maintenance of machines at 100%
- On-time maintenance at 100%
- 100% reliability
- Breakage at a minimal level
- Maintenance cost minimization

The above is an example for which you can set:

- Target Level
- Entry Level
- Minimum Level

for each KPI.
