HR Freshers: How Do You Manage Being the Sole HR in a 250-Employee Company?

Hi, I am Prachi, working with a private limited company. In this company, there are 250 employees, and I am the only person in the HR department. I am also a fresher, but I am trying to handle things independently. Please suggest how I can work independently. I am looking for suggestions.

Steps to Enhance HR Management

1. Interact with all HODs and understand their requirements.
2. Apart from blue-collar jobs, create roles and responsibilities for all positions.
3. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including maintaining muster rolls, salary registers, N & F holiday registers, etc.
