Dear seniors, I know that core HR is a better option than being a recruiter, but I have just started my career as an HR executive in a construction company. I am happy so far. However, the problem is they are paying very little, and the site is very far from my place. On the other hand, I also have a job on hold as a recruiter, which is very near to my place of residence. Both salary packages are almost the same.
Please suggest how to analyze this. Kindly advise me on which option would be better for my career.
