I would like to know the calculation of CL,Sl and Pl leaves for the updation of policies. plus i have a query our company is planning to wavier off all the leaves and make all the leaves taken as unpaid leaves however it would duly pay the amount of the leaves for the whole year at the end of the year i.e. december is this feasible at the end of the employees and employeers and if it is to whom it is more beneficial
