The companies have to make procedures to ensure the compliance.
The auditors ask Female employees some questions based on which they will conclude the compliance.

Dear Mr. P C Agarwal,
The Legislative Brief says that domestic workers are excluded in the definition of employee. Kindly see Section 2 (a) (ii) . I had given suggestions on the draft bill for including women employed in households which has been incorporated. Every Cooperative Housing Society is required to constitute a Complaints Committee.

hi, Does any one, pls let me know as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 . It is necessary to submit annual report in case not cases is found. If yes please let us have the format.
