Dear Mr. P C Agarwal, The Legislative Brief states that domestic workers are excluded from the definition of an employee. Please refer to Section 2(a)(ii). I had provided suggestions on the draft bill to include women employed in households, which have been incorporated. Every Cooperative Housing Society is required to establish a Complaints Committee.

Hi, does anyone please let me know as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013. It is necessary to submit an annual report in case no cases are found. If yes, please let us have the format.
