I am 39 years old, based out of Pune, having worked for 12 years in the IT Services Industry and the remaining 3 years in the Logistics/Supply Chain Management industry. For quite some time now, I am feeling "unfulfilled" in my role—both in terms of joy/job satisfaction and the ability of my skills to provide me with sustained employment over the next 20 years of my work life. Thus, I need expert counseling on the following topics:

1. What are my skills and personality traits that contribute to my Unique Selling Proposition (USP) in the job market?

2. For these skills, what are the associated job opportunities available across industries? (I am not limiting myself to the IT Services Industry)

3. What are the training programs that I need to undergo to enhance my skills to meet various industry requirements?

4. I would also require recruitment assistance to transition into this new role.
