Strangely that was the reason why this community was started. I was doing some research on some HR issues and couldn't find any relevant help or anyone to talk to.

Thankyou for the feedback. Our constant research helps to understand what matters most to our members. Hence, drives us to make these changes. However, we wouldn't know the implementation of our understanding worked or not, till we hear from you.
Professional networking is important, but it have been redefined over the period of years. Knowing someone is not enough, but why should the person know you, is important. This brings us to create a value to everyone we wish to connect. Years back, Samvedan asked me to remain focused on my efforts and let the rest remain a natural result.
I found my mentors and a meaningful career, all thanks to this community. I got to learn from the best of the leaders. I pray and work to bring the same, for everyone.
