Advice On Career

Dear Seniors,
I am an MBA (HR major & Marketing minor) graduate. I want to be part & parcel of HR team in a reputed company. Please advice me how do I get appropriate job in HR.
My main questions : Is it mandatory to start a job with consultancy in HR as recruiter for fresher (fresher as HR) or do companies hire HR- freshers also. I also want to know that I have around total 2 years of experience in admin & risk-compliance(advisory) division. Are companies not counting this experience when I apply for HR jobs, is this experience completely ignored & not considered.Please also advice how can I start working as Freelancer Recruiter & check the viability of these jobs or how can I start working as Freelancer Consultant (in Recruitment).

You can start with HR Generalist profile in any company, or if your main preference is only Recruitment in HR then you have to start with some consultancy/placement agency. Some companies also hire HR freshers but most of this type of recruitment done directly from campus.
