You can first divide the area for policy, posters, achievements, and awards:
1. Display your company's safety policy, environment policy, and any certifications like OSHAS or others.
2. Display some safety posters of your company, or search on Google for more. If needed, please send me your email, and I can forward you some posters.
3. Showcase awards given to employees by your safety department, including photographs and certificates.
4. Display certificates of recognition received by your company from clients.
5. Present office safety rules.
6. Include safety slogans and banners.
7. Showcase samples of PPE and special PPE used for particular jobs.
First, check the availability and plan accordingly. It's a good idea; your interest is needed to organize the room.
