Need Help Designing HR Policies for an NGO Internship Project – Any Advice or Resources?

I'm an MBA student interning with an NGO which has a vision 'to sharpen the future of the orphans'. I'm designing the HR policies for that organization. I would appreciate it if anyone has a ready project on 'Designing of HR Policies' topic, or maybe if you want to help me in designing a brand new project totally from inside out, feel free to write to me, and we will work on the same.

You are an MBA student doing an internship. Please, this is the time to learn. Don't waste it, or you will regret it your whole life. Instead of asking for ready projects, you should request help and guidance from seniors here. I know Google was unable to assist you; otherwise, you would not have posted here. Also, work on your English. "Brand new project" - HR policies are not cars or garments.

I want to prepare a project report to submit to the college. The designing of policies has been done so far, but right now I'm focusing on the project report, thinking about what to write in each chapter. I aim to create a project report of around 70 pages.
