I always feel that the organisation have full of loup holes for working. People from BOD to last person including me do not have stremline thinking, working and way of handleing the situations. Always difference of opinion, dif. in working style, every time some people have to swipe all of these and no time for real R&D, new ideas, explore new possibilities for developements etc. etc....
