New HR Assistant Seeks Help Crafting Memo for Security on Enforcing Parking Rules

I'm a new HR assistant. If anyone could help me create a memo for our security staff to inform them about proper parking in our factory, I would appreciate it. Parking in front of our office is not allowed; however, both staff and visitors continue to park there and in the wrong places. I want our security staff to be vigilant in enforcing proper parking regulations. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

Rather than issuing a memo, I recommend that you talk to the security supervisor or officer and discuss with him. In a one-on-one discussion, prepare a list of the points on which he should take action. Let the command come through the proper channel for the security guards.
